I finally got myself a copy of the Steve Jobs book. My 9 year old daughter who is a worm is forever looking over my shoulder asking me what has happened in the story etcetc. I happen to stumble on a 'kiddie' Steve Jobs book at National bookstore... so there no more questions hrhr..

Weekend rewind.

It was a lazy rainy weekend. I had the time to watch a video, this movie I missed in the cinema last year.

I've been a fan of Matt Damon since the talented Mr Ripley , he is such a good actor and is cute-- like a Kennedy cute =P (he plays a NYC congressman in this movie).

action/ suspense/ love story-- sighhhh..

Hello friend... MOJITO!

Ingredients

• 10 fresh mint leaves
• 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges
• 2 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste
• 1 cup ice cubes
• 1 1/2 fluid ounces white rum
• 1/2 cup club soda

Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. Add 2 more lime wedges and the sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour the rum over the ice, and fill the glass with carbonated water. Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge.

Weekend rewind.

As I mentioned last week, I was taking the 4 yr old to the dentist....

How to brush those hard to reach molars!!!
Our Pedia dentist is so good with her patients... showing her "laser light" , "turbo water spray".
She make the kids so relaxed and at ease--- as you may see in this photo!
WWF leg lock maneuver , and he is not resisting at all! hahha

He may be dentaly challenged with cavities, but this autobot learned to bike on 2 wheels this sunday.
Of course thats after he learned how to 'fly' first! =)

Having 2 children both below 10 years old, we always have  birthday parties to attend. I can say I've seen them all. Ballroom extravaganzas all out celebrations, themed parties A-Z ... So far yesterday was a favorite. A backyard party for a 1 year old cutest boy with a book party theme...

March 1.

Today is March 1. Officially it is the 1st day for spring, but in our part of the world, it feels like summer. And for other parts of the world, its still winter.. oh well..

March 1 is also a special day for one of my best gal pals- Mrs. H.
