For those asking how I did the mexican picado banned DIY...for this party
here..

| you will need.. colored or map tissue paper/scissors/glue/ string |
 |
| fold paper in half 2 times/ fold 1 inch off the top |
 |
| cut shapes on folded side/ hearts/ squares.. |
 |
| open it up... TADA! |
 |
| glue on a long string |
 |
| do it in other colors... |
 |
| and..lets get the fiesta started!!!! good luck -- enjoy!! |
