Picado step by step (DIY)

For those asking how I did the mexican picado banned DIY...for this party

here..

you will need.. colored or map tissue paper/scissors/glue/ string 

fold paper in half 2 times/ fold 1 inch off the top

cut shapes on folded side/ hearts/ squares..

open it up... TADA!

glue on a long string

do it in other colors...

and..lets get the fiesta started!!!!
